I am a 26 year old wife, mother of two, gym manager, and personal trainer. I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, and finally started a journey to a healthier me in September 2006.

Since then I have lost and gained weight many times, but my passion for healthy foods and an active lifestyle has not changed.

In the last few months, I have allowed myself to make excuses to justify poor choices (too busy, too stressed, etc…) and I have gained back a lot of the weight I once lost.

I am hoping that, by documenting this journey, I can keep myself accountable, and finally reach a weight that I am happy with and can maintain!
